About

I studied Fine Arts and Architecture in college and exhibited in several galleries in Santa Fe, New Mexico back when it was an inexpensive place to live and enjoy a simple life filled with hikes in the mountains, cross county skiing, low pressure jobs, and the company of other artists and my husband’s fellow archeologists.

We raised three fine sons and I helped support the family with a career in urban planning, while making art remained a pleasant pastime. Now that I’ve retired, I am able to pursue my creative side again, choosing to focus on digital art because it can be printed on so many mediums and in multiple sizes. The freedom is staggering, and because prints are involved, the products are affordable.

Stop by my booth at the Flamingo Island Flea Market on Bonita Beach Rd if you’re in southwest Florida. I’m there most Saturdays.

The community I live in is called Bay Forest. We are located on one of the many bays adjacent to the Gulf of Mexico. Not directly on the Gulf itself, we are buffered from hurricanes by a mangrove forest and freshwater slough. The landscape is a constant source of inspiration for me.
